In Ally's words
Hi, I'm Ally. I graduated beauty school in December 2022 and have been working in salons since then, and I've been at the salon since the beginning of 2024. I can't believe it's already been that long, and I have enjoyed every minute working with this team.
What makes me happy is seeing my clients happy. There is nothing better than being able to make my clients feel beautiful and good about themselves and their hair, and being the one to do that makes me feel so good about what I do.
I've taken a couple of Bellami extension classes, really trying to learn all I can when it comes to extensions and learn each method to give my clients an open variety.
My favorite Davines products have to be the OI shampoo and conditioner. I think they smell great and are good for any hair type. Another favorite is the Davines Blowdry Primer, really good for prepping the hair before styling; it cuts down blow-dry time and doubles as heat protection. And the Davines shine spray smells amazing. I always hear just how good it smells. I typically use it after I curl hair, and it gets the hair looking very shiny and smelling really good, almost like a hair perfume.
When I'm not working, I'm recharging: spending time with my friends and family, making sure I'm pouring into myself, staying active, and doing my fun adulting things before the start of my work week. I'm the oldest of five siblings, one of them my twin sister, and my sisters and I have a German shepherd at home. He's kind of a mutt of everything, but he is the funniest dog I've seen, so full of personality.
My goals in life are to travel the world, experience everything it has to offer, and learn more about the history and cultures of different countries. I really want to learn how to scuba dive and swim with sharks and see them up close. And a fun fact most people don't know: I am a Colorado native but have never been skiing or snowboarding, and I'm dying to learn how to snowboard.
