Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026

We know plans change, and life happens. We ask for a little advance notice when they do, mainly because our stylists' schedules are built around your appointment — when a spot opens up last minute, it's very hard for someone else to fill it. Here's how we handle it, plainly and without any hard feelings.

The policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Guests more than 15 minutes late without contacting the salon may be treated as a no-show and charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can fill your spot and there's nothing to worry about.
