Welcome to the Mahne Roots Collective website. These terms cover two things: using our website, and booking a salon appointment with us. By using the site or booking with us, you're agreeing to the terms below.
About this site
Mahne Roots Collective is a hair salon located at 11566 Colony Row, Broomfield, CO 80021. Our website is here to introduce you to our salon, our team, and our services, and to help you book an appointment. We don't sell products online, we don't use shopping carts or checkout, and there's no need to create an account to use the site.
The content on this site
Everything on this site — our writing, photos, and the way we've put it together — belongs to Mahne Roots Collective unless we've said otherwise. You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to our pages. Please don't copy our photos or written content and present it as your own. Photos of client work are shared with the client's permission.
We do our best to keep pricing, hours, and service details accurate and current, but they can change. If anything on the site ever conflicts with what we tell you directly, what we tell you directly is what applies.
Booking an appointment
You can book with us two ways:
- Online on our Book page, which uses Vagaro, our booking partner
- By phone at (720) 240-9391
Vagaro is a separate company with its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to any booking you make there. When you book with us — either way — our Cancellation Policy applies. Please read it before your appointment; the short version is that we ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel.
Appointment communications
Once you book, you'll receive appointment-related texts from our business phone number, and you may occasionally receive a single same-day text asking for a review after your visit if you already receive appointment texts from us.
No online sales
This site itself does not process payments or store payment information, and we don't sell products online. Bookings and gift cards bought on our Book page are handled by Vagaro, and any payment there is processed by Vagaro's own systems. Other payments happen in person at the salon.
Hours and location
We're open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed Sunday. We're located at 11566 Colony Row, Broomfield, CO 80021.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep this website accurate and running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We aren't responsible for issues that happen on third-party services we link to or use, like Vagaro, Google, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok — those platforms have their own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
